Basic Home Inspection

The price for home inspections range from $397 for small units and townhouses around Canberra – Queanbeyan, to $597 for larger dwellings. We service NSW so a long distance from Canberra can add some cost. Call Brad to find out. Most special inspections need to be priced over the phone, and we suggest what seems fair upon a verbal description. Fast inspections require additional fees paid to the government and are passed back to the consumer. If you need termite inspections as well, we do those.

Some people want us to inspect buildings during construction. We can do that. Again, ring us and we can give you an idea of price, if you give us an idea of the building.

ACT Vendor Inspection

If you need a full vendor inspection, so as to sell your house in ACT, the price is $797 up to 250 square meters. It is four inspections in one. That includes the termites inspection, the compliance report, the energy rating and the conveyancing files from ACTPLA.
